Unprofessional Service and Failure to Honour Cancellation Request

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I've received regarding my Mr Price funeral policy, which was opened on September 20th. Despite my repeated attempts to cancel the policy within the 30-day cooling-off period, I've been met with resistance and unprofessional behavior from your representatives.

On multiple occasions, I've been promised that the policy would be cancelled, only to have the representative hang up on me. I've also been subjected to high-pressure sales tactics, with representatives trying to sell me additional policies while I'm trying to cancel the existing one.

I'm concerned that the 30-day mark is approaching and I'm worried that I'll be stuck with a policy I don't want. I've made it clear that I don't want the policy, and I've tried to cancel it in good faith. I'm requesting that you take immediate action to cancel the policy and provide confirmation of the cancellation.

I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution. I'm not happy with the way I've been treated, and I hope that you will take my complaint seriously.
