Unprofessional service

I just want to express my unprofessional service received at Mr Price Cape Gate in Cape Town. I went to return two items after spending R1698 over the weekend for my daughter. I used at credit card and asked the cashier if I could rather get the cash back because I have had issues in the past where the money doesn't reflect on the card and me having to work as a cashier myself at Woolworths and Checkers a customer can opt out for the cash back as previous customers also experience problems with money not being returned on the card. The supervisor Joslyn blatantly ignored my request argued with me and insist the money goes back onto the card. As a customer I should request the cash back because irrespective it's a credit card but the card can be used to withdraw money as well. I am very upset with how I was treated in the end like a *****.
