Unprofessional Consultants and rude.

<p>I purchased a jacket on the 20 June 2017 and chose door to door delivery method and i have not recieved it yet off which it is stipulated that it's 1 - 3 days. I called the callcentre friday and spoke to one of the rudest agents I have ever came in contact with and his name is REAGAN. he is so condescending and he actually to me to cancel and go buy the jacket somewhere else when i said i would do that. He is so arrogant to the point i will never buy anything from the company. For something that is a mistake from their side I'm being punished because i am on leave and was supposed to be on a trip from yesterday but now I'm forced to wait for the jacket as i will be gone to Namibia for a month and no one will sign for it. It is appalling to say the least and very terrible for such a huge company to hold agents with such behaviour. He is a disgrace to the Customer Service world.</p>
