Unprofessional Company Calling Clients using Mobile numbers

I received a call from someone claiming to be from Mr Price Collection. When I requested why their number is a Mobile number. He said he could not tell me until I confirm My details. This is unprofessional, Why are you using Mobile number. Last year I got ****med by someone calling using Mobile number saying he is from the Bank. IF YOU NEED TO CALL ME USE OFFICE OR CALL CENTER NUMBER.
