Unprofessional Behaviour

Unprofessional Behaviour from a cashier at Mr Price store in Fleur dal Mall in Bloemfontein . I am a Mr Price account holder which was about to purchase clothes for my children but when I was sent from pillar to post just to make a payment at this specific cashier . When I informed her that it will b a purchase will be with my Mr Price card she was was very abrupt , even pointing the coat hanger at me towards my face . It caused me to become irritated towards staff members for their unprofessional handling of the situation. I asked for the manager in which I reported the matter while being present the manager and staff member spoke in Sotho amongst each other without resolving it directly with me as the the client where an acceptable language should be English as the professional language . I informed the manager that I was going to Lodge the complaint on Hello Peter she rep**** that it was okay .Cashier name is Merriam Mohapi.
