Unprofessional bad service

I'm disappointed more than angry by Mhluzi mall Mr price something needs to be done with stinking service given there. I went to the store on the 22nd of March on a Sunday to exchange shoes I bought on Saturday at Middelburg... According to my understanding Mr price is Mr price no matter where I go in the country I should get consistent service or treatment wherever I am. Sbonelo Nxumalo made it clear to me that he isn't going to assist me I should go back to where I initially bought the shoes from and when I told him I couldn't he told me it wasn't his problem while chatting away with a friend who seemed to have visited him in the shop, I felt less valued as the customer there not getting assistance I needed and very very disappointed and frustrated cause as it stands I'm sitting with shoes I can't wear and I'm still insisting on a solution because I am not going back to Middelburg mall
