unprofessional and horrible service

We had the worse experience ever, We got two jackets under the markdown rail marked R50, we got to the till and the teller who is a gentleman with no name tag takes his time processing the purchase, we asked him if he buys one pay or one promo was still on which he repaid no. When we are supposed to pay they call someone else with no name tag to check the price. The lady we now know as Olga tells us that the price of the two jackets is incorrect and questions us with attitude, asking where we got the jackets as if we were stupid. They then call another staff member who confirms in front of us that there has been a mistake made by one of the employees. They decided to tell us that a customer came into the shop and changed the price. like how that happen???. There was no accountability from the staff. The store manager was nowhere to be found. The other lady Called the area manager or operations manager and gave her false information then told us after waiting for more than 30 min while being delayed to get back to work. Only to tell us there is nothing they can do. No apology and no accountability nothing. worst service ever am taking this to hello peter as an expectation was raised and We really wanted that jacket. My time was wasted I Was disrespected. We saw these jackets at the price of R50 each and we want them at that discount price. They are *********** and don't take accountability. I am wondering how many people get this kind of poor service and the disregard for people's time. We need urgent feedback on the thing
