Unprofessional and Childish!

Mr Price, I think you should seriously learn your lady that calls for collections to learn her manners when it comes to talking to clients! To put the phone down in a clients ear is not just rude but very unprofessional and childish!! The arrogance also is shocking! I pay my bill every single month and just because this is the first time that I am late with a view cents does not mean your collection centre lady has to be so unprofessional and childish!!
