Unprofessional!!!

The service that i have received from Mr Price online has been putrid!!! My past 3 orders have all been late. I always choose the store express delivery and on all 3 occasions including the current one it gets delivered after the 2-3 day period which i pay an extra R35 for. It's not about the money but the lack of etiquette and communication by Mr Price. On all 3 occasions i had to do the necessary and contact them before anything gets done. If you can't keep up with the online orders then cancel your services. I spend my data making these purchases, my airtime contacting your online department to find out why the late delivery!!! This will be the last time that i will be making use of your services. Your company does not give me any of my purchases for free. I have sent a complaint to the following email address [Email Removed] and have been provided with absolutely NO feedback.
