Unprofessional

I am struggling to purchase airtime on my account, ive contacted customer service 15 times ... Everyone reverts me to the next person. They send me emails to say its been resolved 😅 but nothing is resolved still i cant purchase airtime. I send me email my id my id number my everything and still nothing no reply nothing like *** really.

Worst service ever! Might as well pay my account and close it !
