Unprofessional!!!

I went to the Mr price store in chatsworth centre ,Durban. I purchased a few items of clothing together with a ring set. When I got home I realised that the ring was never put into my packet but I was charged for it. The next day I tried calling the chatsworth store on the number ********** 492 several times to which nobody answered.This is the number on the website, I also tried a cellphone number but there was no answer. My husband went to the store and they claimed that they did put the ring into my packet.They wrote the details of it in a book but have not called me as yet. I sent an email to Mr price info informing them of the situation and all I got was a reply to try another number. They could have had the courtesy of calling me to sort the issue out, very unprofessional service from Mr price. I am a part time student who works full time, I dont have the time to waste sitting on the phone. The ring may have only been R40 but it's the ethics behind the whole thing. I always support Mr price as I like their clothing but this is a big put off and I am very disappointed in them.
