Unprocessed order

I purchased items online from Mr Price on the 31st of July and I was well aware that I was going to collect my order after 8 business days, however on the 7th day I realised that I had not received no emails from Mr price regarding my order which I was to collect the following day so I called them to enquire about this order and I was told that they received the order but it was not processed, the consultant that I spoke to took my details and told me that he was going to speak to his team leader and get back to me, fine the guy did send me an email on the 13th of august to let me know that the order was resubmitted and being processed I then asked when should I expect the order and I did not get a response, and I feel it is very unfair that Mr price did not process my order and they are not even prioritizing this order to make up for the mishap that they have caused and what makes it worse is that I am not receiving any communication from them regarding this order.
