Unpriced item-Mr Price Brackenfell Hyper Mall

I went to the store @ 13:00,fitted on a jean I was looking for a long time. There was no price tag on the item. I gave them a similar jean, cashier told me that she must look up the price on their system and I must leave my name and number. I came back after half an hour asked the cashier if she find the barcode. She then call the store manager Andre who didn't even know where the jean was. I found the jean on the floor someone hanged it back, what if someone else took the jean?! They never looked for the price, I told him that I must be back @ the office @ 14:00pm. He started looking for the barcode again, after half an hour he said that I must leave m y name and number, I told him I did leave it earlier. He then looked for barcode till 15:00 while I'm waiting, he then told me he cant find the price and there is no one @ head office who can assist him with the price. Really now I am so disgusted in the manner he spoke to me, their system and the fact that I walked out of the store without my jean. I told him this is unacceptable I will contact the head office and he said its fine. I must phone. Where did customer service gone to, why couldn't he just take something similar. I am really highly disappointed, and disgusted in Andre the store manager's attitude towards me and towards the whole situation.
