Unfortunately, Nthabiseng explained that assistance might not be immediate, as they handle expired laybys collectively on unspecified days.

She made remarks suggesting that individuals seeking layby assistance contribute to potential changes in the layby system, implying that the store was doing me a favor by offering any assistance.
