Unpacked stock

I bought a Dress as clearwater and I need a Smaller Size (36). I phoned the call centre on 29/11/2018 and I was told that clearwater, Cresta, Sandton and Mall of African showed to have stock of the size im looking for. I drove to Clearwater same day and i was told that the stock reflecting on the system is still unpacked and they dont know when they will unpack it. I then drove to Sandton because phoning the stores is a hustle since we have to connect via the call centre, wen I got to the Store I was told the same story of unpacked stock. this morning 30/11/2018 I phoned cresta and Mall of Africa and I was told the same thing. I then phoned the manager John from clearwater and he told me that there is nothing they can do and that they dont know when the stock will be unpacked. I need this dress for Sunday and the fact that it shows that it is available from these stores yet they do so little to try and help is so frustrating.
