After requesting for an online order to be canceled its still delivered to the incorrect address, and I have re ordered so my account is billed twice and your useless whatsapp service cannot resolve anything telling me to collect my courier order and go to the store.read notes on system, I was told by the call center yesterday the 24/6/21 my order will be canceled but today its delivered to the wrong address. I want my account credited.pathetic services
