Unhelpful and lazy service

Not too happy with Mr Price. I went in to buy clothes that I need for an event tomorrow, spent an hour picking out what I needed, got to the till points and they asked me if I was using cash or account, I specifically said I was using account, and they rung everything up and then said they were offline and they can't help me. After I asked them why they then called me to the till when they were offline, they said they will be back online in two minutes. After two minutes they said to wait another two minutes and this went on for a while. I had to leave because of an appointment that I had, but it's just ridiculous how lazy and unhelpful they were and still are. I tried contacting their customer care department and they were equally as pathetic as the branch. Really not happy.
