Unhappy with Mr Price head office
Good day,
Mr Price has contacted me on the 4th April regarding policies, they jave emailed me with all the documents to read on my own to give me time to cancel or to proceed with the policies on the 7th they have deducted the amount for the policies ( i weren't aware that weekends are working days with Mr Price) I'm very unhappy with this and want the policies canceled ASAP!! Can't get hold of Mr Price to cancel them, also went in store and they told me I shouldn't have taken that policies because you are going to drain my account every month with that policies!! If that's the case I will close my account with Mr Price at the end of the month!! You are so quick to make a phone call but so difficult to get hold off!

I eventually got hold off a lady at head office and she helped me, more than I can say off the people in Durban. I have phoned so many times and every time had to hung up with no answer! I have phoned this number *** and that lady helped me with everything hassle free and very friendly! She deserves a raise. Thank you so much for having someone that is proud of her job.
