Unhappy service

Hi I went to Mr price clothing at howick to purchase something and I waited 45minutes to pay. There was only 1 till opened and when asked why is there not a second till opened ,I was told that the shop is not busy . This is ridiculous. Perhaps new management and customers services team should be mantained .
