Unhappy Salt Phone User

I bought a salt phone last year, and sit’s nice then it’s been giving me problems, this morning I woke up to my phone making a loud sound,I switched it off and the sound continues. I called customer service and I wasn’t helped and the call was just horrible. I’m hoping to get help in store as they had turned me away previously claiming nothing was wrong with the phone and there’s nothing they could do.
