Unhappy customer for order ***

So unhappy , I made an order online on the 18th of march and choose the click to collect option to my nearest mrp. The expected delivery was 27 march and it’s the 28th and I haven’t received it . I’ve been tracking it and last update was on the 24th. Imagine . What the hell is wrong with your logistics company city logistics is ****. Where is my order rn, I do not know since 24th .
