Unhappy customer
I am absolutely furious with the disgraceful service I’ve received from Mr Price. I placed an order on September 1, 2024 , on the Mr price website it clearly states the order is due 09 September 2024, and I am still waiting for my parcel. Your agents keep giving me the runaround, claiming it’s “being shipped,” but it’s well past the due date with no sign of resolution.
The level of professionalism and competence from your staff is appalling. This will be my final purchase from Mr. Price. I cannot tolerate such incompetence any longer.

At this point I want to cancel my order and purchase somewhere else where I am valued as customer. There's no communication from Mr price regarding the hold up. They aren't even answering emails. It's frustrating!??!!!
