Unhappy customer

(2nd letter with no respond after they ask me to forward an email still no response). I bought the phone from Mr price on the 7th of May 2020.. After two weeks it gave me a problem, I returned it back on 28th Of May 2020 I went to Mr price on 22nd of June 2020...to find out about it and they told me is still at MTN... Even to date, I haven't got go it back... Mr Price they don't even call me, actually I'm the one who called them and find out. It is frustrating the manner my case has been handled, please assist Cradlestone.
