Unhappy customer.....

I have recently attempted purchasing R100 airtime using the ussd code *130*410# from my Mr Price account, first time it failed stating the site is currently unavailable and I should try again later. I waited for about 10minutes and then tried to do another purchase of R100 airtime but it failed once again stating the site is currently unavailable and I should try again later. Keep in mind that my credit limit for airtime purchases was R400 before the first attempt. I then decided to go check my available balance on my account and all of a sudden it was R200 less, which means I was billed for the two failed attempts to purchase airtime. Airtime which I haven't even received.
