Unhappy customer

I'm really disturbed by Mr price I placed an order which took longer as I buying for a child who was leaving a province and I had to borrow money and go to their other store and found what I was looking for. I called 4 times with my own airtime to cancel the order and now I'm told the order is here and if I cancel I get a voucher I used my money why shud I get a voucher and I need to pay back the money. I want my money back
