UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I since ordered online on the 13th of August 2021 and goods received however 1 item was out of stock and was advised I'll get my refund after 7 days which never happened, today I enquired and the lady that was assisting on the watsapp app called Lungile advised refund was done and closed the ticket. I communicated again and Berlin who saw that there was no refund done and advised she's escalating and it would take 24 to 48 hours which I'm not happy with as they quick to close tickets without even resolving the issue.
