Unhappy customer

Mr price laybuy just vanishes by the time you want to take it home . So today I went to mr price laybuy to settle off my payment since its December . Was told kindly wait ,so I waited for about an hour . Around 5 I was told they cant find my laybye mind you guys its December now . I should come back tomorrow. I posted it on my app . My niece responded to me saying her friend was done the same thing , my former colleague is also saying the same thing. Mr price staff is so unprofessional
