Unhappy customer

Am really disappointed at the Mr Price in Sammy marks Pretoria, I don't understand why everytime when I go there I encounter a problem. But yesterday was just too much after that the control or who ever he his keabetswe, the manner he spoke to us and how he addresses customers. I went there to purchase a t-shirt when we got to the till the price was not the same as the one printed on the price tag, I understand that but we explained that as customers we need to pay the price we see, that's when he was called to assist. He basically accused as for changing the price and further on proceeded to make us wait 30 minutes while he "tried fixing" during that time he is not addressing us in a manner that was respectful. I just dont understand if this is what you train them to do but I was not happy.
