Unhappy customer 10

I placed an order online for clothes On the 1 June 2020 but to this day clothes ain't delivered. When i track orders online it says pending for both orders. i've been calling to make follow ups no luck only on the 26 June 2020 phone was answered consultant said she will send me an email I must respond with proof of payment but email never arrived! On 27 June2020 I called again I was told that they can't see my payment I must send proof of payment. I did and also sated that I no longer wish to purchase clothes I want refund every Mr price consult i speak to ask for pop but the resolve the issue please help I want my money back asap
