Unhappy Costume!!!

It is with great sadness to be taking my matter this far but I had no choice. I bought a phone at Mr Price Durban WorkShop,and along the way it started to give me a problem of not charging so I took it back on 19th November 2020 in hope's that I'll be assisted soon but that wasn't the case.

On that day a lady in the phones department assisted me with my problem,she told me.she'll need the required documents of which I had so she can book the phone for a check up or something.She told me that the their printer is not working do she'll take a picture of the documents ok fine. Moving forward I went back on 1st of December I went back for a follow-up and I got the same lady again of which she advised me I shall be called for feedback,on the 18th I went back got the same lady again and now the she told me she can't find my documents and that she's not the one who deals with cellphones issues. So she called that person on the phone,when their called ended I was told I shall be called for feed back again mind you it's been 5 WEEKS NOW with no communication from Mr Price what so EVER I have to take the time and go to them only to get an answer "we'll call you back for feedback".

So on the 19th December I went back,luckily I got the actual person that I wad told is handling my case. I spoke to her and she did now me and my case,so I asked her what's happening she cause I've been waiting for so long I told I how long she was like no it's not that long I was like how cause I came here on this date.

Now all off a sudden she's trying for a way to shift the blame on me she's telling me she had to pull a few strings now cause the technician said my phone was over the warranty period ,I was like how come I mean that can't be cause I now the date I came here she lost her word's.Now she tells me my phone was only booked on the ,10th of December after 3 WHOLE WEEKS!!!! I get me e-mails on that phone I do most of my work on that phone and I told her all of that she wasn't interested in finding a solution,I should just take her word and wait for I don't how long.Mind you it's the festive season most of the company's are closing the technicians as well so I might get my phone new year which is not right.

THE COSTUME SERVICE AT MR PRICE WORKSHOP DURBAN IS VERY VERY POOR!!!!!
