Unhappy client

I bought a pair of shoes at the end of last month, on the second day the shoe broke! I have been away on business since and couldnt return the shoes. I am now 2 days past a 30 day return but you can clearly see the shoe is still brand new, and hardly worn, and its due to poor manufacturing that the shoe broke. I understand the policy but there should be some grace, especially if you can see the shoe is new, and a slip can be provided.

I am not a happy person as life is so expensive as is.
