UNHAPPY, ANGRY, EXHAUSTED CUSTOMER!!

I have shopped online with Mr Price and I have never had issues until now. My order was suppose to be delivered at Umlazi on the 10th July 2020 and it did not arrive, with understanding lockdown situation I did not make a fuss about it, however I expected Mr Price to send a communication, on Friday late I emailed and did not receive any response. I have been calling since Saturday and no one has helped me, the agents keep on saying "we will send the email to the courier and call you back" NONE of them have called me back, I had to call and still no help!!1 This is infuriating and annoying, they are also refusing to give me my refund.
