Unhappy and wrongly treated

On the 16th of December 2023 I went to Mr Price clothing at Westgate mall. As we entered the shop one of the stuff member shouted saying the customers who are coming to the shop at that time are *******. And while we were doing our shopping stuff members were screaming and shouting saying they want to knock off as it was a holiday they also wanna go and have fun. We entered at the shop approximately at 17:15. I asked the gentleman who was helping me at the till point where is the manager, he said he or she is somewhere in the shop. So I asked him that was that the write way to treat customers, he said No. And also while we were on the queue to pay someone from the back told him to leave us there and go to announce on the intercom that the shop is close they've been there since in the morning. I am not sure that I will ever shop at Mr Price Westgate anymore, the treatment of that shop it's not good. They didn't even have name tags on as they were behaving that way. Even the security at the door was telling people to go as they want to knock off.
