Unhappy and frustrated customer

Hi my name is Jabulile Mokale. On the 2021.09.23 I made Eft for goods purchased at Mr Price Shop Kerk Street Branch Johannesburg. After the debit they went offline before I could get the reciept which they claimed they did reversal of fees as I had to pay using cash.i filled in a form and they made copies of everuthing but till now i have not gotten my money back or even a phone call from them to find out if the i got my money. Several times I called the number on the receipt to no avail, even called mr price home in kerk street hoping they'll atleast be able to assist with a num for the store but all i got was a stinking attitude from the employees. I stay in Benoni and for me to have to go back there just for them to perform a reversal is really a costly inconvenience, mr price needs to do something, be it train their staff for cust service coz they clearly lack it. I am disgusted by the service i got from both mr price clothing and home 👎
