UNHAPPY ACCOUNT APPLICATOR

Good day,

I would like to find out how come i am being declined for an account with Mr Price as i was informed by the chat consultant that my account is being declined due to my credit score being 555 and i require 560 to be accepted. i

I have checked my score and it is 564 but i am still declined. the lady who advised me was Pearl and cannot give me a proper reason for the application being declined.

this is very upsetting because two years ago i tried getting this account and was declined due to not having any credit history, therefore i opened up a cellphone account, and two years later i am trying and they are giving me issues again.

I am a regular Mr Price customer and this is so disappointing as i would like to have this account.

Please advise what i need to get this account as my credit score surely cannot be a problem to get this account now.
