Unhappy

I placed 2 orders online for clothes 1. On the 1 June 2020 second one 15 June 2020 both of them ain't delivered to this day. When i track orders online it says pending for both orders. i've been calling to make follow ups no luck only on the 26 June 2020 phone was answered consultant said she will send me an email I must respond with proof of payment but email never arrived! On 27 June2020 I called again I was told that they can't see my payment I must send proof of payment. I did but then again I feel this is unfair why must I suffer whereas I paid same day I ordered ?what if I didn't follow up I was going to wait forever!
