Unfinished order

I placed an order for winter clothes for my daughter on the 26 June. My money was taken and I have no order confirmation and no clothes. I want my money back. They have been ignoring my WhatsApp and Twitter conversations. Everyone keeps hanging up the phone even when requesting a manger. I really need to get my money back my child is without warm clothes in this Cape Town weather!!
