Unfairly treatment

I have left mrp on the 26th of May 2025 due to being dismissed by the employer and filed up my provident fund on the the 2nd of June I sent necessary documents direct to them the processes with our company broker it's alexforbes takes 21 working days for the pay out but to my surprise when I contact them no claim has been registered I tried soo many times to track and do a follow up but I don't get a clear response I'm out of patience since I'm not consided as important in this manner I was working in witbank store which is in mpumalanga emalahleni and it shows lack of respect and decency
