UNFAIRE TREATMENT

I would like to place a complaint to the Heidelberg Mall Mr Price. My sister send me clothes for my twins and misplaced the slip. I then went to exchange at the branch in Heidelberg only to be told that i need to pay money in as the jacket i took was bought on "markdown". Today I went to buy the4 same jacket at the price that was on the tag my sister bought, no "markdown" price. I feel like they did ***** and i want my money back I had to pay in a they were too lazy to do their job. The jacket cost R129.99 and they said markdown to R100.00. I had to pay in R60.00 to get the right sizes for my twins. This is not on , very unfair !!!
