Unfair treatment by Mr Price Staff in Mdantsane City Mall

Good day , as a concerned Mother and a caring person who is responsible to ensure my children are well taken care of it was in Mr Price were I failed to provide . One of your stores turned down my daughter from using a e-gift voucher I purchased online for her to buy Christmas clothes. As I am far away in Johannesburg and she is in East London I sent her the voucher. For the store to help her make purchase and authorise the purchase by calling me the person who purchased instead they told her how they can't risk losing their jobs by chasing her out of their store without the clothes she went there to buy. As a client of Mr Price I expected much better from management of a reputable brand in order to ease stress on our children as we strive to provide from far. The voucher had a message and my full name. Instead of asking for identity document from the adult accompanying my child and asking for confirmation from the Head office and calling me to authorize them it would have been much better.I would like Mr Price to make a follow up on this. Store is Mdantsane City Mall .
