Unfair treatment

Please assist I made a purchase at your store in protea glen mall at 17h58 closing forgot my phone on the customer few minutes went back they said the was no phone ask for camera footage the manager was rude said there's no cameras how you not have cameras at the store counter .lm so traumatized and disappointed
