Unfair and unprofessional retrenchment process

I'm also the part of the retrenched employees never seen such an unprofessional, emotionally draining, insensitive retrenchment process from Mr Price's HR it was so bad to a point where we were addressed rudely on the meetings. Being retrenched without any alternatives as we had to apply for other positions which were said to be available the entire recruitment process was very draining assessments, interviews only to be told be rejected to those who app****. We went to CCMA and never seem to find any solid support no one even bother to hear us out while the company representative told nothing but lies during case no proof of all the things we claimed was asked as we have it.
