Unexplained delayed orders

Placed an order and delivery was scheduled for 9/12/20. Today is 11/12/20 still no word from them advising why order is delayed and when to expect it. Meaning I have to do their job for them and follow up! Absolutely pathetic, they could learn a thing or two from superbalist!
