Unexpected Service

Wow Wow Wow for the first time since I started shopping and collecting at Mr Price today Nompilo made it so effortless. Never have I had it so easy with Mr Price Hillbrow (Johannesburg) I was once turned away for an SMS only to find they could have used my ID I had to go to Randburg were they also treated me like a *****. Nompilo has restored my confidence in you. She just asked for my name an surname to my surprise she found the order number without asking for my entire family tree. Thank you Nomplio you are a star please teach the rest of the team especially the guy you were working with today at 14:51 pm 18th August he always treats me like I don't bring value , Some Zulu lady once expressed how she wants to cry when she has to do a return while I was standing there seeking help for my return, same shop different days. I cant see your last name on the receipt but I hope you get this compliment Nompilo (Noxul)
