Im so furious that MRprice has listed me on ITC without my knowledge. Currently do not hold an account with mrprice and shocked that they has listed my name without my knowledge, i was never given any notification of this. I have been nagetively affected by this. How can one report this to NCA not proper procedure was followed, worse even tried calling they customer care number but it is never answered

Mrprice has the worst customer service ever they do not care about clients and their consultants are dishonest. No one from mrprice has called back to resolve this issue, they listed my name in 2014 without notifing me. I have called the head office and someone promise to send me a paid up letter yesterday and this was never done. Today spoke to a lady who was soo rude who even cut my call. This is the most disgusting service ever and i must say with my name listed without even having an accout
