Uneducated and Useless staff

I went to Mr Price @ Mall of Africa on Saturday the 27/01/18, I found a t shirt that was marked down, when I went to pay for it. It was not scanning at the marked down price, rather at the full price, the stuff was completely unhelpful, chatting amongst themselves in zulu, when I asked for the manager, she took her own sweet time to come cause she was talking to some of the staff and having a big laugh... When she came and I explained the situation. She spoke to me with such attitude, was rude beyond believe, she made it seem as if I had changed the Price, like I print out **** price tags at my house.

She is utterly useless, she didn't assist me at all even clicked her tongue at me as if I were one of her friends instead of a customer.

This level of service is utterly disappointing... I am not an employee of Mr Price, I see a mark down and I take it, I do not know the codes and what it suppose to be and if it was incorrectly discounted, thats the job of the staff to make sure all their items are marked at the correct price..

I ended up leaving the store feeling humiliated and disgusted, perhaps Mr price needs to send their stuff for training, cause they have no idea what they doing!

After my experience, I definitely would not be coming back there and I will be telling everyone I know about my experiences and take this to social media!!!!!
