Under Section 8My Fundamental Rights was Compromised by Mr Price Protea Glen Mall's Manager

My Fundamental Right was violated and I was unfairly treated by Mr Price Manager at protea Glen Mall I went to Mr Price on the 21th March 2026 around about 13:40. to pay for Account and buy some staff since they had a markdown.

One of the Mr Price stuff Lady came to me and ask me to follow her,I did, when we approach the Cashier desk She called one of the cashier and asked" is she the one "the lady rep**** Yes I asked what is the problem .she said follow me, when we got to the door she said "Please come out of my shop I don't need you here .I asked with a huge Smile thinking it's a Prank why?she said "one of my Customer said you were trying to Rob them. I asked where's that customer she said "I can't show you please get out of my shop i don't want us to fight because we'll fight".on my mind I was still thinking it's a prank I rose my both hands and said I don't know what you talking about. she continued i don't want us to fight and she went back to the store. I waited there thinking she will say no it's a prank or something.When I realize this is not a prank cos she is not coming back I decided to call the person I was going with he was still in inside the Store and tell him I'm out side please come out. I told him What just happened,He asked the security Lady bt the Door, She said "I saw and heard both of you and the Manager Talking but i don't what was going on .we went to the Till and asked for that person who chased me out of the store,that's where we find out She is the manager.

He asked why she was treated me so badly without a proof and asked please let's open the cameras. and see What happened. The Manager said in this Mr Prince we don't have cameras.Than I asked if is the customer who complained about me why did you call one of your cashier to verify it's me not calling the costumer who complained.she said"I called The cashier cos I know her name not a customer. I asked why you didn't call me and the customer Sametime so that she can confess infront of every one that i was trying to Rob her,and that's when you were going to have a proof an able to chase me away or call the Police .she said "I did it with my own way you can't tell me what to do in my shop I didn't want to course a Drama“ I said no there is more in to it you can't chase me away without proof or hearing my side and prohibit me to talk by saying you don't want us to fight i said how about my dignity dragging me out side like a ******** in front of the people.

I Decided to go to the police station to Report the Incident.The Police Officer Mr Ndlovu at Protea Glen police station Advise me to go to Court to log a complain in Equality Court for this ********* behavior by Mr price Manager Under (Section 8)(CPA)
