Undelivered parcel worth R1k+

I bought clothes worth R1100 on the 14th of December. Today around 8. I received an saying my parcel was enable to be delivered and was sent back to deport. 4 hours later ater it says it has been signed and delivered door to door. I received no phone call. It's theft. I am going to the police station if they don't phone me in a week. They need to provide me proof that I signed for it. No ways. I need a refund.
