Unbelievable customer service

<p>Mr Price gives you the choice to shop online because apparently its easier. No more standing in lines (but you do still wait in line to pick up your package) and its meant to be effortless with a small delivery charge so you can receive your package in an allocated time (but it doesn't arrive on time).... So I've basically paid more for bad service. I asked customer service why I had to pay if its not delivered on time? Apparently it was process a week ago and would arrive in 5-7days. The order was processed on the 25th June. Its been a week! I still haven't received anything. Pathetic service!</p>
