Unauthorized SIM Card Billing Since Day One Refusal to Cancel Without Payment Mr Price

I have had my Mr Price account since 2020, and from the very beginning, this SIM card has been a problem. There is a SIM card linked to my account that I did not request, did not receive, and did not authorize in any way. Despite this, I have been billed for it every single month since it appeared on my account. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue by visiting different Mr Price stores. However, every store gives me a different excuse, and I am repeatedly told that I must first pay the full outstanding amount on this SIM card before it can be cancelled. This is completely unacceptable. I should not be forced to pay for something I never asked for, just to have it removed from my account. I have been dealing with this issue for years now, and it has still not been resolved. I am requesting the following urgently: Immediate cancellation of the unauthorized SIM card A full refund of all charges related to this SIM card Removal of any outstanding balance linked to this SIM card Written confirmation that this matter has been resolved If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will escalate it further as this appears to be unfair and ********* billing. This situation reflects very poorly on Mr Price’s customer service and internal processes.
